Subscriber Email and Google Form

As I advanced into my new role as the non-coverage managing editor, I started working on tasks that had previously been delegated to the business section of the publication. One of the concerns I noticed early on was that some subscribers of the magazine were not receiving the print issues that we sent out in the mail. In order to address this concern, I created a spreadsheet that created a comprehensive and cohesive list of all people who had purchased a subscription. From there, I drafted a google form asking subscribers for information that had been missing such as addresses and emails, as well as whether or not they had been receiving our print issues.
